Who is the Virtual Assistant for?
The Virtual Assistant is ideal for influencers, UGC creators, and business owners who need to pitch to brands to grow their income.Most creators use the AI Virtual Assistant because they either:
>Don’t have the time to pitch on their own (e.g., they work full-time, juggle multiple responsibilities, or don’t have additional help), or
>Struggle to stay consistent with pitching every week.

It’s generally recommended to send at least 50 pitches per week to maintain a consistent flow of brand conversations. If you can’t do this on your own, the Virtual Assistant is a great solution.
What is the payment structure?
Choose between a monthly plan or save with a yearly subscription. Full pricing details are available in the pricing section of our website.
Do you pay for the Pro membership plus the Virtual Assistant fee?
No. You pay the one-time Virtual Assistant fee, and you receive both the Pro membership benefits and the Virtual Assistant service.
How many pitches does my virtual assistant send for me?
Bento sends 300+ pitches per month on your behalf. You can also purchase an add-on to increase your monthly pitch count.
Can I approve the brands and pitches that are sent on my behalf?
Yes. Bento selects and schedules brands for outreach one week in advance, and you’ll be able to review them before any emails are sent.
How do I make sure that you don't pitch to a brand I've already worked with?
At the start of the process, you’ll connect your Gmail to Bento. This allows Bento to automatically populate your dashboard with brands you’ve already communicated or partnered with, ensuring your Virtual Assistant doesn’t reach out to them again.
Is my virtual assistant a real person, or is it AI?
Bento uses a hybrid approach that combines human expertise with AI efficiency. Our human team sets up your account and preferences, while AI handles the weekly task of scheduling and sending pitches.
What is a normal response rate? What should I expect?
Bento users are seeing an average email open rate of 55% and a response rate of 4-5%. Users should also expect a bounce/mail delivery fail rate of about 1-2%. If your metrics are significantly different from these, contact your virtual assistant, and we will help you fix it.
Do I get to negotiate my rates? What if I don't want to work with a brand?
Yes — you have full control. Your Virtual Assistant manages the initial pitching only. Once a brand replies, you take over to handle replies, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures. You set your own rates and keep 100% of your earnings.
